Hey Asia and Brandi! I miss you guys too! Sorry I am responding so late – I have been ridiculously busy this year with my courses. The next trip will not be until 2011 – this summer Mrs. Ridal and I are going on an journey here in the States…maybe we can meet up?

I used EF Tours to help set up our tours. They are very good but there are some things you have to consider when going on the trip – there are extra fees (tipping the tour director and bus drivers) which add up. Also, the food tends to be very basic and not as good of a representation of the host country as you might want for your students. Then again, they probably will not be as adventurous as we would be in trying new foods.
